Conformance status

This portal is intended to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

An automated accessibility audit (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 Level AA rules) was performed on September 30, 2026 across the portal's pages on desktop and mobile viewports, together with keyboard-navigation and color-contrast checks. All issues found in that audit have been remediated, and the follow-up scan passed with no remaining violations.

• Order lookup — including two-factor authentication (2FA) via email
• Select products — parts request form with file upload
• Unfound order — manual product entry
• Shipping address — contact and delivery information
• Submit request — review and confirmation
• Success page — order confirmation

Known limitations
